ISO 9001:2015: Implementing the changes for transition

It's over a year since ISO 9001:2015 was issued and we have learned a lot about interpretation and implementation. The changes are significant and there is something for everyone. Finally management and leadership can take serious engagement in their QMS and it looks like Quality will get a seat at the board table. But transition needs more than simply "addressing" the changes and ISO needs to evolve int a multi-dimensional, interdependent, interconnected system, truly aimed at ensuring deliberate success in the organization. It is a great development of the standard that will yield real and tangible benefits for organizations.

Don't get left behind. There is a real danger that organizations who wait too long will not find available resources for training/support for certification. Find out now and plan for the future.

This presentation goes over the new process requirements (context, issues, interested parties, strategic direction, organizational purpose, risk and opportunities) and the significant changes (objectives, change management, communication) and discusses how to address them in a valuable way for the organization. It covers how they are designed to be part of a system and not addressed in isolation. The basic milestones of transition will be outlined and potential pitfalls covered.

This presentation is all you need to know -- for now.
